Lemon Chess Pie

This recipe came from my dear friend Brenda. A very rich pie; and delicious!

  1. Beat eggs.
  2. Add milk sugar and cornmeal and mix well.
  3. Add lemon extract and lemon juice.
  4. Very slowly, add melted margarine.
  5. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes.
