Lemon Chess Pie

Directions

  1. Partially bake pie shell at 375°F for 10 minutes.
  2. Reduce oven to 325°F.
  3. Beat eggs and sugar until thick.
  4. Add remaining ingredients (except lemon slices).
  5. Pour into pie shell.
  6. Place lemon slices on top.
  7. Bake about an hour at 325°F until set and lightly browned.
