Lemon-Cheese Spritz Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon lemon rind, grated
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 1⁄2 cups flour, all purpose
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Directions
- Cream butter, cheese, and sugar until fluffy.
- Blend in remaining ingredients.
- Cover and chill.
- Press out cookies on un-greased baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with colored sugars.
- Bake at 375 F 7-8 minutes.
