Lemon Cheese Pie

It doesn't get easier than this! Cook time is actually 'chilling' time.

Ingredients

• 8  ounces cream cheese
• 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
• 2  lemons, juice and rind of
• 1  graham cracker crust

Directions

1. Mix first three ingredients and pour into crust.
2. Chill and serve.
3. ~~NOTE~~Top with whipped cream and/or fruit, if desired.
