Lemon Cheese Danishes

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 2 lemons, zest of
- juice of half lemon
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 egg white
- 3 (8 ounce) cans refrigerated crescent dinner rolls, chilled until used
Directions
- In a bowl whisk together cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice, lemon extract,1 egg yolk.
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Spread 1 tsp of the cream cheese filling onto each triangle and fold in the 2 corners.
- Brush the top with the egg white and sprinkle top with some sugar.
- Bake for about 11-14 minute.
