Lemon Caper Sauce for Salmon Cakes

Fresh lemon juice is used in the yummy sauce that can be topped on Salmon Cakes.

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup light mayonnaise
• 1⁄4 cup light sour cream
• 1⁄2  lemon, juice of
• 3  teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped
•  capers, drained to taste

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients until blended and smooth.
2. Top over warm salmon cakes.
