Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup light sour cream
- 1⁄2 lemon, juice of
- 3 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped
- capers, drained to taste

- Top over warm salmon cakes.
