Lemon Cake

Ingredients
- 350 g eggs
- 80 g egg yolks
- 350 g powdered sugar
- 5 g salt
- 250 g flour
- 80 g oil
- 70 g butter
- 50 g skim milk
- 1⁄2 cup lemon juice
Directions
- Sift together dry ingredients.
- Gradually blend in wet ingredients until combined.
- Bake in little lemon shaped molds at 350 for 20 min until set.
- Let cool.
