Lemon-Blueberry Cheesecake Shake

Ingredients
- 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Microwave cream cheese in a small bowl on HIGH for 30 seconds; stir until smooth.
- Process cream cheese, ice cream, blueberries, and remaining ingredients in a blender until smooth; stop to scrape down sides as needed.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
