Lemon Basil Halibut

Ingredients
- 24 ounces halibut steaks
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1⁄2 cup margarine
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon green onion, minced
Directions
- Lightly coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
- Place steaks in the grill and sprinkle with the paprika. Grill 6-8 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.
- In a small bowl, blend the margarine, basil, lemon juice and green onion.
- To serve, arrange each steak on a plate and top with a generous spoonful of the lemon-basil butter.
