Lemon Bars

Yields: 1 8 x 10 pan
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups flour
- 1⁄2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1⁄3 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Directions
- Partially melt butter in large bowl.
- Add flour and powdered sugar.
- Mix well.
- Press into bottom of greased pan.
- Bake 20 minutesat 350.
- In medium bowl combine sugar, lemon juice, eggs and baking powder.
- Stir with mixer.
- Pour filling on top and bake 30 minutes.
- Cool.
- Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
