Lemon Bars

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup oleo
- 4 whole eggs
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1⁄2 cup flour
- 1⁄3 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄3 cup fresh lemon juice
- powdered sugar, sifted to dust tops of bars
Directions
- Mix 1/2 Celsius powdered sugar 2 c flour and oleo. Crumble up and place in a greased 9x13" pan & gently pat down. Bake 25 minute @325.
- Beat eggs and add granulated sugar, flour, baking powder and lemon juice. Pour over top and bake 25 min, more.
- When cool, sprinkle with sifted powdered sugar & cut in squares.
- Freezes well.
