Lemon and Rosemary Chicken Stuffing Mix

Yields: 8 cups
Ingredients
- 8 cups dried bread cubes
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
- 2 tablespoons dried minced onions
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons melted butter or 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons water
Directions
- Mix the dried ingredients together and then add the liquids.
- Dehydrate the mix before packaging.
- Lay stuffing mix on cookie sheet and bake at 200 degrees F. for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool for 1 hour.
- Store in a container labeled with name and date.
- Shelf Life: 5 months.
