Lemon and Garlic Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
Directions
- Add everything except the oil in food processor bowl or blender. With it running, slowly drizzle in the oil.
- Serve immediately or place in glass container and refrigerate.
