Lemon and Butter Herb Salmon

Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon fillet
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 2 fresh tarragon sprigs
- 2 lemon slices
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Pre-heat the oven to 375°F.
- Take the non stick cooking spray and spray the bottom of your pan.
- Generously salt and pepper the salmon fillet including the skin, take the terragon springs and place them on the salmon. pour the lemon juice on top of the salmon and finally place the butter on top of the salmon.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes depending on your oven.
- Serve with Jasmine rice.
