Leftover Turkey Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked turkey, cubed
- 2 cups frozen spinach
- 1 (10 1/2ounce) can condensed cream of onion soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 1 cup colby jack shredded cheese
- 1 cup Ritz cracker, crumbed
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375. In a large mixing bowl, combine turkey, spinach, soup, sour cream, milk, salt and pepper. Pour mixture into a 4x10 casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese over casserole and top with cracker crumbs. Bake 35-45 minutes, until crumbs are golden brown.
