Leftover Greekstyle Potatoes

This is so easy, quick and very tasty. I just make sure I boil extra potatoes when ever I serve them. I served these with BBQ Lamb basted with Rye/Soy sauce / brown sugar (the recipe is here on Zaar) Show more

Serves: 2-4

Ingredients

  • 4  cups  sliced boiled potatoes (I use left overs)
  • 2  cups  sliced mushrooms
  • 2  teaspoons oregano
  • 1  lemon, juice of
  •  spray olive oil
  •  salt & pepper

Directions

  1. Spray skillet add all the ingredients, brown over medium high heat.
  2. Turn so all sides get brown& slightly crisp.
  3. Serve hot.
