Lee Ann's Pancake Mix

Pancake mix from my mom, can be used in puff oven pancakes, perfect pancakes and golden french toast recipies

Ingredients

• 10  cups all-purpose flour
• 2 1⁄2 cups non-fat powdered milk
• 1⁄2 cup sugar
• 1⁄4 cup baking powder
• 2  tablespoons salt

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir together to blend. Place in airtight container. Label and Store. Lasts between 6-8 months.
