Ingredients

  • 2  tablespoons  oil
  • 2 12 lbs  lean boneless pork loin
  • 1  tablespoon flour
  • 12 teaspoon paprika
  • 12 cup  sliced onion
  • 1  cup  lea & perrins chicken  marinade (divided0)

Directions

  1. preheat oven to 350.
  2. in large uncovered oven proof pot heat oil.
  3. sprinkle pork with flour, paprika and brown in the hot oil.
  4. arrange onion slices on top roast and around it pour 1/2 c lea & perrins over the roast.
  5. roast in oven for 1 hour or until done basting occasionally with the remaining chicken marinade.
  6. remove roast from pot to serving platter add remaing chicken marinade to pot bring to boil and serve along side of roast.
