• 1⁄4 cup  lea & perrins Worcestershire sauce
• 1⁄4 cup  pineapple juice
• 2  teaspoons garlic, minced
• 2  teaspoons fresh ginger, grated

1. Mix all the ingredients, pour over meat, cover& place in fridge for up to 24 hours.
