Lazy Gourmet's Pecan Pie

Ingredients
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- 3 eggs
- 1⁄3 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1⁄3 cups pecans, toasted
Directions
- Beat eggs. Slowly add each ingredient and mix in well before adding the next.
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Bake in the oven for 45 minutes. Serve chilled or room temperature with whipping cream.
