Layered Caesar, Shrimp & Pasta Salad

Yields: 2 cup

Ingredients

  • 14  cupkraft light classic  caesar salad dressing
  • 14 cup  kraft mayo with olive oil low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1  garlic clove, minced
  • 1 (6 ounce) package  torn  mixed salad greens, divided
  • 2  cups medium pasta shells, cooked, drained and cooled
  • 1  large tomatoes, coarsely chopped
  • 34 cup seasoned croutons
  • 2  hard-cooked eggs, sliced
  • 12 lb  frozen cooked cleaned medium shrimp, thawed
  • 14 cup  KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Directions

  1. MIX dressing, mayo and garlic.
  2. LAYER half the salad greens, macaroni and tomatoes in 3-qt. bowl. Cover with layers of remaining greens, croutons, eggs, shrimp and cheese. Refrigerate dressing mixture and salad 1 hour.
  3. ADD dressing mixture to salad just before serving; mix lightly.
  4. Note: Coking time is actually chilling time.
