Lavender Sugar (To Use With Lavender Biscotti)

Yields: 5 cups of lavender sugar
Ingredients
- 5 cups sugar
- lavender flowers
- lavender, stems dried
Directions
- Place the 5 cups of sugar in an airtight container.
- Layer lavender flowers and some lavender stems (washed and dried!) with the sugar.
- Every couple days, stir until the stems are completely dry.
- Remove the stems; you may leave the flowers in the sugar if you'd like.
