  • 4  tablespoons  fine black  loose tea (like a Darjeeling)
  • 1  tablespoon  lavender buds
  • 1  tablespoon  chamomile flowers
  • 1  tablespoon  jasmine  fresh edible flower

Directions

  1. Blend together the loose black tea, lavender buds, chamomile flowers, and jasmine flowers.
  2. Store in a tin container. Makes a nice gift!
  3. Use 1 teaspoon of tea per 6-8 oz. of boiling water.
