Ingredients
- 4 ounces light cream
- 1⁄2 ounce coconut cream
- 3 ounces pineapple juice
- 1⁄2 banana
- 1 cup ice
- 1⁄2 cup strawberry, sliced
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except the strawberries in blender with 1 cup of ice and blend until smooth.
- Put strawberries at the bottom of a parfait glass, then quickly pour in blended mixture for a starburst effect.
