Laura Secord Fudge

Thisis anotehr of my Mom's recipes from her collection - I hope you enjoy -

• Ready In: 15 mins
• Yields: 1 8x8-inch pan

Ingredients

• 2  cups white sugar
• 2  cups brown sugar
• 3⁄4 cup corn syrup
• 1  pinch salt
• 2  tablespoons flour
• 1  teaspoon baking powder
• 1⁄8 cup butter
• 3⁄4 cup milk or 3⁄4 cup  cream
•  vanilla

Directions

1. Boil all ingredients, except vanilla, until medium ball stage. Add vanilla and beat. ENJOY!
