Ingredients
- 2⁄3 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups over-ripened bananas, mashed (about 4 large bananas)
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 (3 1/2ounce) box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Directions
- Thoroughly grease two loaf pans. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Mix oil, eggs, and bananas.
- Combine dry ingredients and add to banana mixture.
- Pour into pans and place on a cookie sheet for spillover. Bake for about 1 hour.
