Ingredients
- 2 lbs lean beef
- 10 garlic cloves
- 2 1⁄2 inches gingerroot
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 teaspoons msg (option)
- 2 teaspoons oyster sauce
- 1 cup sugar
- 1⁄4 cup sesame seeds
- 2 cups oil
Directions
- cut beef into 1/8 inch thick.
- blend garlics and ginger.
- put all ingredients into a bowl with beef and use your fingertips to thoroughly coat the beef.
- place the beef strips onto racks and let it sit in the sun to dry.
- deep fry jerky for 15 seconds and serves.
