Lani's Protein Snacks

For breakfast on the go, pre or post work out or to take to sporting events.

Serves: 6-12

Ingredients

  • 12 cup rolled oats
  • 2  teaspoons  protein shake mix, berry flavoured
  • 1  banana, mashed
  • 12 cup blueberries
  • 2  teaspoons  low-fat blueberry yogurt
  • 1  teaspoon honey

Directions

  1. Throw all the ingredients together in a food processor and lightly blend. You may need to add some water to the mix.
  2. Line a mini muffin tin with muffin patty liners and spoon the mixture into each.
  3. Freeze the mix untill solid, should be creamy.
  4. Snacks should last only a week before they start to taste floury.
