Lanel's Buffalo Chicken Dip

Yummy recipe from my friend, who's a buffalo chicken freak :)

Yields: 1 pan

Ingredients

  • 1 12 cups  cooked and shredded chicken
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 12 cup  ranch dressing
  • 12 cup  buffalo wing sauce (such as Frankâ s Red Hot)
  • 34 cup  shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Heat chicken and Buffalo sauce in a skillet over medium heat, until heated through. Make sure to break up the chicken so there are no big chunks.
  2. Stir in cream cheese and ranch dressing.
  3. Cook, stirring until well blended and warm.
  4. Mix in shredded cheese.
  5. Pour into a shallow dish or pie pan and sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles and microwave it until the cheese melts.
  6. Serve with chips for dipping.
