Directions

  1. Layer a 3 quart casserole dish:.
  2. sliced potatoes, then onions, then carrots, then beef, add salt and pepper.
  3. Repeat layers.
  4. Pour stock over the layers just until covered.
  5. Put in 300F oven for 2 hours.
  6. Serve as is with crusty bread.
