Ingredients
- 2 lbs mahi mahi fillets, skinned &, cut into 2-inch by 1-inch pieces
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 limes, juice of
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- lime slice (to garnish)
Directions
- In a small bowl, mix garlic, lime juice, cumin, and pepper into a paste.
- Spread mixture onto fish& let sit for 20 minutes.
- Heat oil in a large skillet and saute fish over moderate heat for 8 minutes, turning it over halfway through the cooking time.
- Drain onto paper towels.
- Serve garnished with lime slices.
