Lamb Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 -1 1⁄2 lb ground lamb
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 egg
Directions
- Lightly mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
- Shape into small meatballs.
- Brown in a skillet, using 1 T butter in the skillet.
