Lamb Cutlet Stroganoff

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 12 lamb cutlets
- 1 onion, chopped
- 100 g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 (45 g) packet Maggi beef stroganoff recipe mix
- 1 1⁄2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
Directions
- Heat oil in pan, add cutlets, brown on each side. Remove from pan.
- Add onions and mushrooms, cook for 2 minutes.
- Add combine recipe mix and water.
- Bring to the boil, return cutlets to pan, simmer 10-15 minutes.
- Stir in sour cream and sprinkle with parsley.
- Serve with steamed rice and steamed vegetables.
