Ingredients
- 1 butter, pat of
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 3 cups flour (all purpose)
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1⁄2 cup unsalted sunflower seed kernels
- 1 1⁄2 cups pumpkin (canned)
- 1⁄2 cup cranberries (dried)
- 1⁄2 cup vanilla baking chips (white)
- 1⁄2 cup colored sprinkles (rainbow)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Use pat of butter to grease a 9" x 9" square baking dish.
- Mix the sugar, milk, flour, egg, baking soda, vanilla extract, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, sunflower kernels, pumpkin, cranberries, and vanilla chips together in a bowl.
- Pour mixture into greased baking dish.
- Gently sprinkle sprinkles on top of dough mixture.
- Bake quick bread for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
