Kraft Creamy Chicken and Pasta Casserole

Ingredients

  • 34 cup celery, chopped
  • 34 cup red onion, chopped
  • 34 cup  red pepper, chopped
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 14 teaspoon  garlic salt
  • 2  cups milk, 1% fat
  • 4  cups pasta, cooked
  • 3  cups chicken, chopped and cooked
  • 12 cup parmesan cheese, grated and divided

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a nonstick skillet with cooking spray and bring to medium heat.
  2. Add vegetables; cook and stir three minutes or until tender crisp.
  3. Cube cream cheese and add along with milk and garlic salt. Cook on low heat 3-5 minutes or until melted, stirring frequently.
  4. Add pasta, chicken, and half of the parmesean cheese.
  5. Spoon into 2 1/2 quart casserole dish.
  6. Bake 20-25 minutes until heated through. Sprinkle with remaining chese.
