Ingredients
- 6 ounces soy protein (disguised as "ground beef"- I use Yves brand)
- 2⁄3 ounce tomato curry seasoning (I use Simply Organic brand)
- 1⁄2 cup water
Directions
- Mix curry mix and water.
- Saute vegetarian ground meat for 5 minute
- Add curry mix/water combination.
- Saute combined curry for 5-10 minute until hot.
