Kosher Vegetarian Tomato Curry

A spicy tomato curry.

Ingredients

  • 6  ounces soy protein (disguised as "ground beef"- I use Yves brand)
  • 23 ounce  tomato curry seasoning (I use Simply Organic brand)
  • 12 cup water

Directions

  1. Mix curry mix and water.
  2. Saute vegetarian ground meat for 5 minute
  3. Add curry mix/water combination.
  4. Saute combined curry for 5-10 minute until hot.
