Korean Style Vinaigrette

This is a Korean inspired vinaigrette but should not be confused with something that they actually serve in South Korea (it may be but I have no idea). All I know is that it's delicious on greens. Show more

Yields: 10 oz

Ingredients

  • 1  ounce  sesame oil
  • 5  ounces  vegetable oil
  • 1  ounce  korean red pepper paste (Gochujang)
  • 2  ounces rice vinegar
  • 1  ounce soy sauce
  • 1  teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2  teaspoons sugar

Directions

  1. Whisk all ingredients together and serve over desired greens.
