Korean Scallion Salad

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar (Splenda)
- 1⁄4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 12 ounces scallions, trim ends, thinly slice, 2-inch long (approx 4 cups)
Directions
- Place crushed red pepper, salt and sugar in baggie. Make ingredients are mixed well. Add vinegar and sesame oil and mix well.
- Add scallions and make sure they are coated thoroughly.
- Serve immediately.
