Korean Bulgogi Marinated Steaks

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 lbs steak
- 1 onion, rough chopped
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons cooking sherry
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1⁄3 cup soy sauce
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
Directions
- Mince garlic & mix all ingredients with the steak strips.
- Let marinate for 2 hours refrigerated or overnight.
- Pan fry or grill steaks until done.
