Korean Beef Sauce

Ingredients
- 1⁄3 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 green onions
Directions
- Mix brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, red pepper and ginger.
- heat olive oil ovr medium heat.
- add garlic, stirring constantly until fragrant (1 min).
- Add ground beef (1lb for full recipe), crumble.
- drain fat.
- stir in sauce mix and onions until combined, simmer until heated.
- serve over rice.
