Ingredients
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 3 ounces ground beef
- 1⁄2 cup carrot, diced
- 1⁄2 cup onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons korean barbecue sauce
- 2⁄3 cup rice, cooked
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1 dash sriracha hot sauce
Directions
- Wilt cabbage in skillet.
- Meanwhile, saute ground beef, carrots, and onions in barbecue sauce.
- Serve beef over cabbage with rice. Top with sesame seeds and sriracha.
