Komodo Dragon Chicken Wings Marinade

Accompany with fried rice, egg rolls, stir-fried veggies

Ingredients

• 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
• 1⁄4 cup dry sherry
• 1  tablespoon  sesame oil
• 1  garlic clove, minced
• 1  teaspoon five-spice powder
• 1  teaspoon  hot sauce (or more, to taste)
• 12 -16  chicken wings, tips removed

Directions

1. Make marinade.
2. Place all in gallon ziploc bag (or lg. plastic container).
3. Marinate from 24-48 hours in refrigerator, turning every 8 hours.
4. Grill until done.
