Ingredients

  • 8 (1 ounce) envelopes  knox gelatin
  • 3  cups cold water
  • 1 (12 ounce) can  frozen  apple juice

Directions

  1. Add gelatin to water. Bring almost to a boil. Stir in apple concentrate. Pour into flat baking dish. Serve cut in blocks, after it has been chilled and set up.
