Kiwi & Nectarine Jam

Yields: 1 1/2 cups
Ingredients
- 6 kiwi fruits, peeled & mashed
- 6 nectarines, peeled, pip removed & mashed
- 1⁄8 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1⁄2 cup pineapple juice, approx (just under 1/2 cup)
- 1 apple, unpeeled & halved
- 2 cups white sugar
Directions
- In a large saucepan, combine kiwi & nectarines, pineapple juice, lemon juice and apple.
- Bring to a boil and then add the sugar; stir to dissolve.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove apples, pour into hot, sterilized jars and seal.
