Kiwi Etc. Smoothie

Yields: 1 large smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 banana, very ripe (could use a frozen one, if desired)
- 1⁄3 cup water, well chilled
- 1 -1 1⁄2 tablespoon apple juice concentrate
- 1 tablespoon orange juice concentrate
- 1 kiwi, very ripe
- 1⁄2 cup silken tofu
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and "smoothie-ize" in a food processor, blender or with an immersion blender (that's what I used, since my banana was fresh).
