Kiwi Etc. Smoothie

A filling, super- yummy smoothie in which the tofu is totally undetectable! I like to whip it up, keep it in the fridge at work and sip on it all afternoon. If you let it refrigerate, it thickens up. MMmmm. Show more

Serves: 1-2

Yields: 1 large smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1  banana, very ripe (could use a frozen one, if desired)
  • 13 cup water, well chilled
  • 1 -1 12 tablespoon  apple juice concentrate
  • 1  tablespoon  orange juice concentrate
  • 1  kiwi, very ripe
  • 12 cup silken tofu

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and "smoothie-ize" in a food processor, blender or with an immersion blender (that's what I used, since my banana was fresh).
