Kittencal's Blue Cheese Dressing

This dressing must be chilled for at least 6 hours or overnight before using. Use only mayonnaise for this not salad dressing, Hellman's mayo is the best and only dry mustard powder not prepared yellow mustard. If you are using this for a dip then you might want to reduce the mayonnaise slightly.

Ingredients

• 3⁄4 cup sour cream
• 1 1⁄3 cups mayonnaise (do not use salad dressing)
• 1  teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1⁄2 teaspoon mustard powder
• 1  teaspoon  minced fresh garlic
• 1  teaspoon  louisiana hot sauce (or to taste)
• 1⁄2 teaspoon seasoning salt (or to taste)
• 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper (I use about 1/2 teaspoon)
• 4  ounces blue cheese (finely crumbled)

Directions

1. In a bowl whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce.
2. Add in mustard powder, garlic, hot sauce, seasoned salt and pepper; mix to combine.
3. Add in the blue cheese; stir to combine.
4. Cover and chill for 24 hours before serving.
