Kitchenaid Cheddar Cheese Suprises

I got this from a very old (70's kitchenaid book) that came with the kitchenaid my DH's gran gave me. I adjusted the values to match what is available today. Very good! Great recipe to break in my new-old first kitchenaid!

• Yields: 30 appetizers

Ingredients

• 1  cup  shredded cheddar cheese (I prefer old or sharp)
• 1  cup all-purpose flour or 1  cup wheat flour
• 1⁄2 cup butter or 1⁄2 cup margarine, softened
• 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
• 30  stuffed green olives

Directions

1. Place cheddar cheese, flour, butter and paprika in bowl.
2. Attach bowl and Beater.
3. Turn to SPEED 2 and mix for one minute.
4. Form 1 tablespoon of dough around each olive.
5. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets.
6. Bake at 400F oven for 15 minutes.
7. Remove from baking sheets and serve immediately while hot.
