Kim's Satay Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄4 cups coconut milk
- 3⁄4 cup smooth peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons minced ginger
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Refrigerate and can be kept up to one week.
