Kim's Barbecue and Smoking Rub

I winged this recipe last week and it came out great on a smoked pork loin. Feel free to add some cayenne or use your favorite paprika instead of the generic supermarket spices. If you aren't smoking your meat, you may wish to add more cumin or use smoked paprika instead. Show more

  1. Mix together thoroughly and break up any lumps. Rub on your meat no more than an hour before cooking, then cook as you like.
