Kilawin Na Tanigue

Ingredients
- 500 g kingfish
- 6 shallots
- 1 small brown onion
- 250 ml white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons ginger
- 2 green chilies
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1⁄2 tablespoon ground black pepper
Directions
- Cut the fish into 2cm cubes.
- Thinly slice the shallots.
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Chop the onion finely.
- Transfer to a Kilawin to a serving bowl and garnish with the chopped onion.
- Serve cold.
